Honoring National Handloom Day (7 August), this exhibition transforms New Delhi’s National Crafts Museum into a hub of sustainable textile innovation. Open from 7 to 17 August 2025, it brings together 30+ grassroots initiatives, brands, and artisans showcasing regenerative practices rooted in traditional craftsmanship.

Visitors can explore installations highlighting indigenous cotton varieties such as Kala, Punasa, Konda Patti, and Gavran Kapus Cotton, and engage with immersive experiences like Sonam Khetan’s Soundscape, Kora Design Collaborative’s cotton journey, and Lafaani’s eco-printed art.

Workshop opportunities—like the Natural Dye Lab and sessions on indigenous cotton-millet farming—add learning depth to the exhibition. Held at the museum’s thoughtfully designed heritage premises, this regenerative showcase invites reflection on sustainability, heritage, and the future of fashion.
