Cancellation & Refund Policy

Eligibility:

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at theindianartcottage@gmail.com.

Include detailed information and photographic evidence of the issue to facilitate the process.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please email theindianartcottage@gmail.com with your order details.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be guaranteed, particularly for customized products.
